What a thoughtful and wonderful comment from one of our delegates..

I attended the EFAW course with Britannia training on the 24/02/15. I have attended first aid courses before and covered first aid in other training courses and my expectations were that I might  come away learning and maybe remembering a little of it for a while. My expectations were blown out of the water by this course and its instructor Andy Anderson who’s knowledge, passion and abundance of experience, being ex military really showed during this memorable day. He engaged with the students and shared real life events, some personal and showed videos that he had obviously scanned the web for to make this as hard hitting as possible. At the end of the day I came away wanting to learn more and knowing that in a real life situation I would be more than confident to put into practice what I was shown by Andy on this day.

We all feel a little shy around others in a class room of new people, learning new things but once again Andy bought us all together made a very serious subject light hearted and fun! In the right places of course.

I commend Britannia training and Andy Anderson for what you are providing here and would highly recommend using this facility and instructor to anybody taking this course, even to those who have done it already. You WILL learn something new and come away remembering many new things. Even if it’s only Nelly the elephant. LOL

Well done to you all and thanks Andy.
